Request Account Deletion
You can delete your Aitihasik account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Aitihasik app on your device
- Tap Profile in the bottom navigation
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all associated data — including scan history, saved temples, quiz progress, and personal information — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to:
privacy@aitihasik.com
Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, profile photo)
- Scan history and identified artifacts
- Saved and visited temples list
- Quiz scores and progress
- Any content you have contributed
Data Retention
Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked to your identity may be retained for product improvement purposes. Backup copies are purged within 90 days of the deletion request.
